The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences nominated 30 Berklee alumni for a total of 36 Grammy Awards. For the third year in a row, Berklee alumni are nominated in the top three categories: Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year.

10 finalists competed for the title of Suburban Chicago's Got Talent at the Taste of Arlington Heights on Saturday, with Gabriela Francesca of Palatine being named the winner. Gabriela Francesca’s hit single “Money Gone” was mixed by Gary Lazzara at Dirty Water Sound and Music Studios in Boston, MA.
